Cancellation Policy

Your scan appointment is reserved just for you, so we kindly ask that you arrive on time and prepared to ensure the most accurate results. Cancellations & Rescheduling: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Late Cancellations: Any changes made within 24 hours of your scheduled scan will incur a $25 fee. Please email us at dollhouse@jasminemaysfitness.com to make that change. No-Shows: If you do not attend your appointment, the full session cost will be forfeited. What to Wear for Accurate Results: Please wear minimal, form-fitting clothing such as a sports bra, leggings, tights, underwear, or fitted swimwear. Avoid loose clothing, as it will result in inaccurate measurements. Remove shoes, hats, jewelry, and watches. Hair should be pinned up if long. By following these guidelines, you’ll get the most precise and valuable insights from your scan.
