hi, i am JASMINE MAYS

 FOUNDER
&HEAD COACH

I know what it feels like to be stuck in the cycle—emotional eating, low energy, and trying every diet out there, only to end up frustrated and defeated. That used to be me.

But everything changed when I found a better way. I lost 70 lbs in just 6 months—without counting, tracking, fasting, or cutting out the foods I loved. I built a strong, healthy body and a new confidence that completely transformed my life.

Now, with nearly two decades of experience in the fitness industry, I’ve helped thousands of women do the same. Through my signature programs, I teach women how to lose weight, tone their bodies, and create sustainable habits that actually last—so they can stop starting over and start thriving.

As a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, Menopause Coaching Specialist, and Group Fitness Instructor, I combine high-energy workouts, simple nutrition, and faith-fueled motivation to help women step into their strongest, healthiest, most confident season yet.

This isn’t about quick fixes. It’s about building a lifestyle you love and results that last.
