Service Description
What is HIIT? High-intensity interval training (HIIT) is a form of interval training, a cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods, until too exhausted to continue. This short, but effective class will BLAST CALORIES & challenge your fitness level; leaving you feeling exhilarated in just 30 short minutes!

Cancellation Policy
To ensure all members have the opportunity to participate, we ask that you manage your class bookings responsibly. Cancellations: Please cancel your booking at least 1 hour before the scheduled class start time. No-Shows / Late Cancellations: If you do not cancel within 1 hour of class or fail to attend, an $8.00 No-Show Fee will be charged to your account. Why this matters: Space in our classes is limited. Canceling early allows another member to take your spot and keeps our community running smoothly. Thank you for respecting your spot and your fellow Dolls!
