If you are unable to participate in #jmChallenge after you have accessed the #jmChallenge app, you may request to have your #jmChallenge fees applied to a future #jmChallenge round, by emailing .
If approved, you payment will be applied to the next immediate #jmChallenge round. Please note, you will be responsible for any price difference between your credited payment and the next round's challenge fees.
#jmONE Personal Training:
All Sales are final. Session(s) must be used within 12 months of purchase.
Payment for sessions is required to be made on or before the date of the session.
24 Hour Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel or change the time of the session provided that a minimum of 24-hours’ notice is given. You can make these changes on , the Jasmine Mays Fitness WIX App, or by contacting Jasmine Mays directly ().
There will be a $20 fee on any cancellations made within 24 hours of your session or no-show appointments.
Group Fitness Classes:
We do not offer any refunds for purchased Unlimited Class Memberships and/or subscriptions. We offer drop-in classes for $8.00, so come and check out some of our classes before purchasing an Unlimited Class Package.
3 Month Unlimited Cancellation
By signing up for a 3 Month Unlimited Class Membership, you will receive a discount of $10.00 off of the 1 Month Unlimited Class Membership price, for committing to being charged for three consecutive months. If you wish to cancel your 3 Month Unlimited Class Membership, before three consecutive charges, please email , before your credit card is charged for the upcoming month.
We will cancel your 3 Month Unlimited Class Agreement and charge you the 1 Month Unlimited Class Membership price for the previous months. (Ex: You agree to 3 months at $35.00 per month and cancel after 2 months, you will be charged the 1 month price of $45.00 for 2 months, totaling $90.00.)
No refunds will be given for an unused memberships.

* Some health and personal care items (i.e. protein bars, shakes, etc.)
Fitness Apparel & Swag
Unworn, unused, same condition as received fitness apparel and swag items can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase, for similar item or store credit.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
