REFUND POLICY

At Jasmine Mays Fitness, we are committed to providing high-quality programs, services, and products to support your transformation. To maintain the integrity of our offerings and ensure fairness for all clients, please review our updated policies below:
Digital Programs & Products
All digital programs, products, and downloadable resources are non-refundable. This includes:

21-Day Glow Up

FuelHer Meal Plans

Any other online programs or resources
Once you have logged into the challenge app or accessed your program materials, no refunds will be issued.
If you are unable to participate in your purchased challenge, you may request to have your payment applied to the next immediate challenge round. Transfers are not guaranteed and are approved on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Jasmine Mays Fitness.
To request a transfer, email help@jasminemaysfitness.com within 7 days of the start of your original challenge. Please note, you will be responsible for any price differences between rounds.
Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
Payment Plan Policy
If you enroll in a program or service using a payment plan, all scheduled payments must be completed in full.

Payments are processed bi-weekly from your original payment date.

You may email help@jasminemaysfitness.com to request your exact payment schedule.

Missed or failed payments must be remedied within 3 days to avoid interruption of access to the program or service.

A $100 late fee will be added to any payment not resolved within the 3-day grace period.

Failure to complete payments will result in removal from the program, and no refunds will be issued.
Styku 3D Body Scans
All Styku 3D Body Scans are non-refundable and must be used within 12 months of purchase.
#jmONE Personal Training
All personal training sessions are non-refundable and must be used within 12 months of purchase.
Dollhouse Memberships & Drop-Ins

Drop-In Classes ($8): Non-refundable.

90-Day Unlimited Membership ($45): Non-refundable and cannot be paused or extended.

1-Month Unlimited Membership ($20): Non-refundable and cannot be paused or extended.
We encourage new clients to try a single drop-in class before committing to an unlimited package.
JMDW Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend your scheduled JMDW class, you must cancel at least 1 hour before the class start time to avoid a no-show fee.

Cancellations must be made on the same platform where you booked your class.

Cancellations made less than 1 hour prior will result in a $10 no-show fee charged to the card on file.
This policy ensures fair access to classes and helps us keep sessions running smoothly for all clients.
Cancellations for Coaching Calls
A 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all calls with Jasmine Mays.

Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in the loss of the session fee.

To cancel or reschedule, email help@jasminemaysfitness.com or use the booking platform.
Fitness Apparel & Swag
Unworn, unused apparel and merchandise (with tags attached) may be exchanged within 7 days for store credit or a similar item. Client is responsible for return shipping costs.
