Not sure you're executing your JMDW or BODYPUMP™️ moves correctly? Book a FormCheck and Jasmine will walk you through all of the basic moves and help you create the best form and technique possible, so you not only get the results you dream of, but also stay safe!

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or reschedule your session, provided a minimum of 24 hours' notice is given, by contacting Jasmine Mays directly. Any cancellations/reschedules made within 24 hours of your session start time will result in a $50 fee. If you do not show up for your session, you will forfeit the cost, and you may only reschedule after paying in full for a new session.
