R23 Grad Test

Come to the Grad Test properly fueled and ready to roll.  

Here is what will happen:

• Jasmine will review your goals and her expectations.
• You will complete a quick warm and then begin the test with planks/pushup, then move on to barbell exercises.
• There will be additional assignments issued at the test.
• BE SURE YOU ARE READY FOR ANYTHING.
• Pictures will be taken after the test.

Attempting the test, doesn't guarantee graduation, so bring your A-GAME.

Your test results will not released at the test.

Bring water and snacks, if needed.

Feel free to coordinate outfits with your fellow #jmDollsandDudes, in support of one another.
